When you place an order with KTD Florals, you agree to a legally binding contract. These Terms apply to all products and services we offer. Any personal information collected on our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is considered part of this Agreement.

This Agreement is governed by Wisconsin law. Any legal claims against KTD Florals must be filed within two years of the event. Disputes are subject to mandatory arbitration in Wisconsin, with the Superior Court serving as the designated venue. By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and agree to abide by these terms.

II. Using an Account with KTD Florals

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

By creating an account, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

Accounts must not be created or used on behalf of third parties.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any transactions made using your account are your responsibility if you share your credentials.

III. Purchasing Products

Customers must be at least 16 years old to make purchases.
By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms and conditions.

IV. Delivery Policy

KTD Florals partners with UPS, FedEx, and USPS to deliver our products.

Orders under $29.99 are not eligible for delivery.

Orders placed by 2 PM local time qualify for same-day delivery; orders after 2 PM will be delivered the next business day.

Delivery hours typically run from 9 AM to 7 PM local time.

Orders placed on Sundays will be delivered on Monday.

Delays
We strive to meet delivery timelines but cannot guarantee them during busy holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Valentine’s Day. Please place orders at least four days in advance for these occasions.

Undeliverable Locations
We are unable to deliver to certain locations, including cemeteries, cruise ships, airport terminals, PO boxes, or remote/rural areas.

Non-Delivery or Late Delivery
Unforeseen circumstances, such as road closures, adverse weather conditions, or incorrect address details, may result in delivery delays. If a delay occurs, we will make every effort to contact you to arrange a reschedule.

Claims for non-delivery must be submitted within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date.

If No One is Available
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the order will be left at the door unless weather conditions, security concerns, or other risks make this impractical. In such cases, the order will be returned to our shop and rescheduled for delivery on the next business day.

V. Service Fees

Delivery orders include service fees, which are clearly displayed at checkout.

Additional charges may apply for deliveries to rural areas, and customers will be informed of any extra fees before the delivery is processed.

VI. Substitution Policy

If a specific container or vase is unavailable, we will provide a comparable replacement of similar style and quality.
For flower arrangements, substitutions may be made using flowers of equal or greater value to maintain the design and quality.
If a specialty gift is unavailable, it will be replaced with a similar item of equal or greater value within the same category.

VII. Custom Design Option

We offer the option for custom floral designs. Our skilled and experienced florists are happy to create personalized flower arrangements tailored to your specific preferences and needs.

VIII. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. However, orders scheduled for same-day or next-day delivery are not eligible for cancellation.

IX. Copyright and Trademarks

The content on the KTD Florals website is protected by U.S. copyright laws and is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use.

X. Indemnification

By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless KTD Florals, its officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors from any claims, liabilities, or costs arising from your use of the website or services. You also agree to cooperate in the defense of any claims related to your use of our services.
