Delivery Locations
We offer delivery across the United States, servicing both residential and commercial addresses. Same-day delivery is available in select areas for orders placed before 2 PM local time.
Delivery Times
Our standard delivery window is from 9 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Saturday. Sunday delivery is available in select areas and can be confirmed during checkout. While we strive to accommodate your preferred delivery time, we cannot guarantee exact delivery windows due to factors like traffic, weather, and operational conditions.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees depend on the destination and the service selected (such as same-day or express delivery). Any additional fees will be calculated during checkout, ensuring you’re aware of all charges upfront.
Delivery Confirmation
Once your order is delivered, we’ll send you an email confirmation for your peace of mind. For business deliveries, please ensure that someone is available to accept the arrangement.
Failed Deliveries
If we are unable to complete a delivery due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or other reasons, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional charges may apply for redelivery. Please ensure that the provided address is correct and that someone is available to receive the delivery.

Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of floral products, we cannot accept returns once the order has been delivered. However, if your arrangement arrives damaged, is not as described, or doesn’t meet your expectations, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery.
Refunds & Replacements
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t meet the agreed-upon quality, we offer refunds or replacements. To request a refund or replacement, please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and, if possible, photos of the product.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Orders canceled after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee. For same-day delivery orders, cancellations must be made within one hour of placing the order.
